QUESTION: Mr. Saunders, I recently became the owner of my "family clock" and the pendulum arm as well as one weight is in need of replacement. Can you tell me the likelihood of finding these replacement parts and suggest a source? Thank you.
ANSWER: what is a pendulum "arm'? not a clock term- which weight? - not all the same.
need the stamped info off the back brass plate of the mechanism itself to help.

QUESTION: Thank you for your speedy response. The back of the brass plate says: Howard Miller Manufacturing Company (below that something I can't make out) then: Made in Germany. To the right of this it says UW32/1 146990. The pendulum "arm" I refer to is probably the pendulum. I have the brass disk that fits on to it but not the part that swings. Also the missing weight is the farthest left, as one faces the clock. If you need an photo I can take one and send to you. Thanks again.
ANSWER: weight can look different but weigh the same - polished or brushed brass - different diameter - length etc. you can buy one or buy a set of three - gets complicated.
QUESTION: Thanks again for all the information. The weight you linked me to is great. I double checked the weight and it is 4.5lbs. I'll order the replacement. I'm attaching a picture of the pendulum leader(?). I think it's different than the picture you linked me to. Also I don't remember a wooden part to the pendulum, but I may be wrong. I also have a picture of the back side of the metal pendulum disk. It measure 4.5" diameter and the "oval slot" is closer to 1" long. I'll try to send it separetely. I can only attach one photo here. Thanks again!
Answer that is a 3/4" wood stick that goes into that disk. you did not measure the length of the leader from the suapension post above it to the hook on the bottom. I presume it is about 5.25" overall--thus the pendulum stick you need is :
you will also need the pendulum hook shown to fit your Urgos movement
you need to crimp and glue the hook on one end and drill the other for the threaded rating assembly rod.
you may have to cut the wood stick to get 31.5" total from bottom of the disk when assembled on the wood stick to the top of the leader plus about 1/2" for the suspension spring. Try it first, then cut!!!
