Question
I have a 4 year old Howard Miller grandfather clock model # 615-004. It stopped chiming and will not keep time. But the pendulum is working. What parts do I need to repair this clock.

Answer
no parts needed for a 4 year old clock

make sure the heaviest weight is on the right as you face the clock and the next heaviest in the middle. make sure the lever by the #3 on the dial is not on "silent"

tightening the nut under the round pendulum disk will raise the disk and speed  the clock up and the reverse to slow it down. advise
