Question
Where can I obtain wire for the pendulum of my Vienna Regulator?  It is not a chimer.  Have been unable to find wire for pendulum and am reduced to using fishing line.  Believe clock to be about 100 - 150 years old. Simple mechanism.  Help appreciated.  Thank you.

It sounds like you are looking for the suspension spring. I don't know what one you need without seeing the old one. Take a look at the following website and you should be able to pick one out:
