Question
Hi Melvin

I have a Swatch Irony Scuba 200 Chronograph (year 2007 model) and just noticed last night the date changes on 1.38am. Is this normal? Because I have 2 other watches with date function and both changes date at 00.00

Is there anything I can do to adjust the date function on my Swatch or should I bring it for repair?

Thanks

Answer
Jonathan,

This is not normal.

If you know how to fix it, it is not hard.  You take the movement out of the case, remove the hands, turn the crown (knob) until the date changes, then put the hands on at the 12 o'clock position.

If you don't have the tools or are not comfortable doing that, you can take it to a shop to have it fixed.  This does not affect the watch and if you can live with the date changing at 1:38am, you can leave it like it is.

Kind regards,

Melvin
