Question
The chimes keep on playing.  I understand it's something to do with the gathering pin, but don't know where that's located nor how to fix it.  Can you help me?  Many thanks.  Evelyn

Answer
I would say the gathering pallet is runing wild beacause the locking tab is not restraining the rack.  This is most likely due to a lever or spring being damaged or out of position.  Perhaps you could gather up and send me all the information that is stamped on the clock movements brass backplate.  With that data in hand I might be able to provide you with some helpfull diagrams.  I would need your e-mail address to transmit.  Regards WJP
