Question
the slegh westminster wall clock was not wound for six months and now that we are back and wound the clock it does not chime correctly on the the hours and sometime not at all. What can we do to correct the problem.
After you re-start one of these clocks it can take up to 2 hours for the chime to synchronize. Please advance the minute hand, stop every 1/4. If the clock chimes, wait for it to stop, then advance to the next 1/4.
After you have advanced at least 2 hours let me know exactly what the clock does on each 1/4.
