QuestionQUESTION: My father has a grandfather clock I believe and I am trying to find out information for him on it. The only info I could find on it was
Pallesgaard Clock, Copenhagen
Schweizer UR-Import
That was located on the inside of the door that had stained glass.Any info I could get would be helpful.
Thank you
ANSWER: Sorry, I have been unable to gain any research using the information you provided. If you can safely gain access to the backside of the movement, perhaps you will find vital data stamped upon the clock movements backplate. With such available, perhaps I could locate a research base. Regards WJP

AnswerThe clock was made by Hermle in 1970. Model 461-050, is a weight driven eight day 4/4 Westminister chime movement. It is fitted with a 85 cm pendulum. 70.77 beats per minute. Eight hammers are mounted on the rear of the movement. Dimensions: 120 x 120 mm with an internal distance between the plates of 32 mm. This is all I have, regards WJP
