Question
I purchased this clock from a friend that needed some money, however the clock, I think is wound to tight, How can i get it loose. Can't find the brand

Answer
It is almost impossible to overwind a clock.  You can easily overwind due to condition.  Generally the condition is the clock is dirty and needs cleaning>  What so frequently happens that dirt and goop form on the mainspring.  As this by product dries out is becomes very much like glue and literally bonds the coils of the springs together.  To eliminate you would have it cleaned.  A word of caution.  I suspect your clock is either Korean or Chinese, if so most of them are not anywhere near the worth of the cost for servicing.  I generally suggest the owner replace the movement.  This is a far more cost effective alternative.  Regards WJP
