Hi are you able to put a date and model on this clock
Maker LFS in an escape wheel serial number 60261

I would need a great deal more information to date your clock. I can tell you that it was made by Lorenz Furtwangler and Sons. Lorenz founded the clock factory in 1836. The firm produced clocks of top precision in workmanship until 1929 when all operations stopped. Lorenz's sons, Theophil, hector, Oscar and Adolph, all clockmakers joined the firm in 1868, which means your clock was made after that date. Looking at the technology evidenced by your picture I would say the clock was produced after 1919, most likely in the early 20's. Sorry, that's the best I can do with the information you provided.
