Question
Greetings,

I have inherited the family grandfather clock.  It is a Howard Miller pendulum clock with three weights movement number UW32663-D.

For starters, I have found a broken piece in the bottom of the case.  It appears to connect to the pendulum and would like your assistance identifying what it is, perhaps if it has a technical name to assist me in finding a replacement.

It looks like this:

Thank you very much for your assistance!
Regards,
Jason

Answer
I truly do not have the time to mess around with the address provided.  I presume the part you refer to is pendulum spring, often times referred to as a suspension spring.  Go to TimeSavers on line catalog and search for Urgos pendulum or suspension spring.  Hopefully you will find your need there.  <timesavers.com>  Regards WJP
