Expert: William J Perkins - 7/19/2009

Question
I have inherited a Regulator School House Clock from my father manufactured by The E.Ingraham Co. of Bristol Conn.
I would like to know where I could get information as to where it was manufactured and when manufactured.  Lower inside door serial number is 1386.  N.Y.150200-13 is on the outside on the back.  I would appreciate any help you can give me.
