Question
The movement of the clock is junghams quartz pendulum w717.  It does not swing while the clock runs good. It still not swing even I changed a new AA battery and spray W40.
Thanks for your help

Answer
Hi Peter,

Quartz movements have no repairable parts. If the pendulum does not swing when the clock has a fresh, alkaline battery, and the clock is level, then the movement must be replaced. By the way, never use WD40 on a clock, especially on a quartz movement; it can cause very serious problems in both mechanical and quartz movements.  http://www.clockmasteronline.com
