Mr. Mills:
I've owned Eddie Bauer field watches for a decade and have always had to send the watches to Eddie Bauer for battery replacement.  Now, they long have a relationship with whomever performed the work and their customer service can no longer help me.  Where can I get batteries replaced for these watches?

I can help you with that.

I perform a tune up, which means

change battery
change gaskets
reseal case with silicon sealant
restore factory water resistance
Clean case (based on material)
One year warranty

I charge $39.  

You can send the watch to Mills Watch Repair.
