I just received a mantle clock.   I would like to know more please, (approx year made, are they good clocks, anything you can provide).  Face has Tempus fugit at the top and bottom Trend clocks zeeland michigan usa, made in Germany.  inside stamped 73 Trend clock, 2 jewel, W. Germany 350-020

Trend was a make whose wood cases were made by the Sligh Furniture Co - no no longer making clock cases. yours has a 1973 Hermle German mechanism - their part #350-020 with a floating balance escapement instead of a pendulum- these movements are still being made by the largest maker in the world and  can be had for about $200 new.
