Question
Heinz Jauch model 100m #771273 and #241158.  Center weight's gear won't hold up the weight.  Any thought for repair or where can I get it repaired?

Answer
You have a ratchet problem.  I suggest you have this taken care of professionally.  To locate a clock repair facility in your area, go to the following site on the inter-net  <local.com>  This will take you to a screen that provides two options.  One asks you for the name of the city whence you wish to acquire services, (enter your cities name), the second option asks you to designate the service you wish, (here you would enter "clock repair.")  Press the search key and you will be rewarded by a listing of clock repair facilities in you area.  Regards WJP
