Clocks, Watches/Repair parts Pearl clock,
Expert: William J Perkins - 9/27/2009
QuestionI have a Pearl Grandfather clock with a broken suspension spring.
Clock has an H-451 movement and would like to replace it.
Are there any available repair services in Alberta, Canada?
If not, can you tell me how to order part?
AnswerI am not familiar with the market in Canada. I am sure, however, that there are adequete parts an materials house in that country. I can tell you how to oreder a part in the USA. First go on-line into TimeSavers catalog. Seek out suspension springs or pendulum springs. If you can't find the exact part call one of there representatives using their toll free number. m That entity will be able to provide you the part number, etc. you will need.
I don't know if Canada has any listings, but try going into <www.local.com> This will provide you with a search screen in which you would enter your community and the service you seek, in this instance "clock repair".
