QUESTION: Hi, my original question was on 08/26/09.  I stated that my dads clock was running but the hands didn't move.  The last correspondence said to remove the movement and give the number to you.  It is 1032.  Takane.  It has a pendulum and chimes.  Is that enough information

QUESTION: Yes it is.

Great, there are three different hand shaft lengths available. The short one will go through material up to 3/8" thick, the next one goes through 5/8" thick and the long one goes through 3/4" thick material.
