Question
The complete pendulum fell down one afternoon. When I looked further, the plastic clip at the top by the movement and the small copper foils (2) seemed to have just broke (1984,  Style 0918-2-BE, Movement 103-003).
Could you point me in the right direction to look for this part? It was held in my a small screw...not difficult to remove.
Thanks in advance!

Answer
Hi Ron,

The part that broke is the suspension spring. You cannot, in general, order these by part number. However, clock parts suppliers such as timesavers.com have printed catalogs with actual size pictures of these springs. You can take the two broken sections of your old spring and line it up with the pictures. Unfortunately, this doesn't work well on the Net, because of different screen resolutions. http://www.clockmasteronline.com
