Question
Recieved clock with out direction. The the four winged crystal ball  quartz rotating pendulum does not rotate. This is the clock with the glass dome, roman numerals on the face. no other label or info on the clock. How do I get the pendulum to roatate?  Thank you

Answer
being battery operated there are often two batteries needed -- one for the time and one to turn the balls

check the underside in the base of the clock for a battery to run the balls - and make sure it is in the right way - not backwards --and is indeed not a dead battery.

properly powered- a gentle 1/2 turn of the balls when on a level surface should be all that is needed to make it work
