Question

Elgin Watch
I asked the question below previously. You replied that you needed the movement number. It is 21770303.  Thanks

"I would like some info on my Elgin pocket watch.  It was purchased by my grandfather who passed it to my dad who passed it to me.  I have no interest in selling it, I'm just curious about it value, date of manufacture, etc.  Inscribed in the back is "Fahys" and "Montauk".  As you can see in the attached picture it is 23 jewels and is labeled "Veritas"  Thanks for any help."

Answer
