Question
The weights got mixed up upon removing to move the clock.  How can we distinguish which order the three weights go into the clock?  If they are not in correct order, I know that it will not work properly.  We are having a problem with the chimes, etc.
The booklet does not show this information.  This is a 1974 Handrubbed Walnut clock.

Thanks for your reply.

Mary

Answer
You will note that one weight is much heavier than the others.  This weight is hung on the right side, as you face the clock.  Since the other two are nearly the same it makes no difference which of the two remaining positions you assign to them.  Hanging the heaviest weight to the right is essential.  Regards WJP
