Question

John Wanamaker Clock-
John Wanamaker Clock-glass dome-german works. Just inherited this clock.  Seems all together but no key. Believe it is from the 1950's. Pendulum is off.  Can this be repaired and by whom.  What is the value? Thank you

Answer
This is called an anniversary or 400 day clock because they will run for a full year on one winding. Wanamaker is not one of the most common brands but I don't think its very rare. In running condition it would be worth between $100 and $200.
It can be repaired by an qualified clock repair person. I would not spend more than the value of the clock on repair unless it has sentimental value.
