Question
I've been in the clock repair business for 30+ years.  In trying to repair this LFS grandfather clock, I see no way to set off chimes.  Do you know where I could get help on this?  Thanks.  Hunter

Answer
I don't recall EVER seeing an LFS tall clock that did not utilize the old standard of rack, gathering pallet and lock.  This piques my curiosity.  Could you possibly send me a digital picture of this strike mechanism.  If so, send directly to my e-mail address <flashpowder@hotmail.com>  Please use LSF clock repair info as your subject.  I'm looking forward to this one.  We can all learn can't we?  Regards WJP
