It will depend on why you want the appraisal.

If you are just curious, you can take the clock
to an antiques dealer.  If they handle clocks, they
will likely be able to help you.

You can use the information from them to determine a
sale price, if that is your intention.

If you need the appraisal for insurance, then you need
someone that is officially qualified.
Check with jewelry stores for an appraiser.  
The appraiser will inspect the clock and give
you a paper stating the appraised value.  You can
take that to an insurance company.
