Clocks, Watches/Jlaid Mantel Clock

Question
The subject clock has three points to wind it. I would like to know what the three different points are. Idealy we would like for the clock to only chime on the hour and half hour. If we wind all three points, the clock chimes every fifteen minutes which is a little much. I received the clock from my mother and would like to use it. Also if it runs fast or slow, how do I adjust it.

Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Answer
Hi Charles, here are descriptions of the winders:
Left: Hour strike
Middle: time
Right: quarter chime
You can't modify the movement to chime only on the 1/2 hours. Here is why:
There is a lifting cam on the hand shaft with 4 points to actuate the chime. Even if you got in there and cut off two points the clock would chime on the 1/2 hours but the sequence would be altered because the chime cycle has to go through all four positions to get to the hour.
Let me know if you need more help with this.
