Question
I have this clock that used to belong to my mom. It has always worked beautifully until we took it down to remodel our home. It was on its "back" for about 1 1/2 years and now just hung it back up and it will not chime at all. I cant seem to find the instructions that came with it and need some help.
Thanks so much.
Debra

Answer
The clock having not ran for about a year and a half, suggests to me that the lubricant have congealed through lack of motion and needs to be replaced.  I suggest you take the clock to a qualified clock repair person for inspection, cleaning, lubrication and possible repair.  Regards WJP
