My Kienzle (from my grandfather) wall clock keeps a good time but it does not chime or strike. Please help me to solve this problems (please draw on my pic in attachment below).Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you very much.

I can't tell what is going on (or not going on# from the photo. I would need to have the clock in my hands to trouble shoot it.
Try this: advance the hand to the next quarter. You should see and hear the lever drop. This is when the gears should start turning. Gently try to move the gears inside the right side of the photo. #this is your chime side).
The strike won't run unless the chime side finished the cycle it is in.
I might be able to help you more but I need to know if the gears will turn at all. If they won't, can you see any pins on the levers stopping the gears from turning.
