Question
I think it winded to tight How can I unwind it? it has two keys to it. Can you help me. Thank you Sandy

Answer
I believe your clock needs to be cleaned.  The possibility that your clock could be wound to tight is practically nil.  What happens is the lubricants in your clock become contaminated with atmospheric dirt.  As contamination increases the lubricants in the clock congeal, essentially gluing the coils of the springs together, thus not allowing them to slip by one another as they unwind.  The tighter you wind the clock the worse the problem.  The solution is to have the clock cleaned and fresh lubricant installed.  Regards WJP
