Question
I CAN ONLY IDENTIFY THE MARKINGS ON THE INSIDE OF THE CLOCK, BUT IT LOOKS PRETTY OLD.  ON THE FACE OF THE CLOCK IT HAS WEST GERMANY, PICTURES OF ANGELS IN EACH CORNER, AND WOOD FRAMED.  ON THE INTER WORKINGS IT HAS WHAT LOOKS LIKE FASSCH IN CURSIVE WRITING, TWL (2) JEWELS, UNADJUSTED, AND MADE IN WEST GERMANY 340-020.  I WAS WONDERING HOW OLD IT IS AND WHERE I COULD TAKE IT TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN.

Answer
340-020 is the Hermle Co. German part number for the movement that is still in current manufacture and available new ($165):

Any clock shop can fix it. Probably no older than 25 years-- there is often a letter code or two digit number near the 340-020 stamped in the back of the mechanism. numbers are for the year
19XX  or "A" letter starts with 1988, etc.
