Question
I just got this clock and I can't find any place to wind it. There are no holes on the face of the clock And I don't see any hidden places either. I've tried looking for some. So maybe you can tell me how to. Thank you for reading this.

Answer
Hi Roy,
Tempus Fugit is a Latin term that has been put on a lot of clocks by many manufacturers for a long time. I think it's Latin for "time flees". Some people say in means "time flies".  It does not tell me any information on your clock.
If there are no holes in the face I would guess that it is a weight driven movement. Perhaps you are missing the weights and chains that would hold the weights.
I would like more information on your clock. Can you look at the back of the clock movement and give me any markings stamped on it?
Is it a floor standing clock?
Can you describe it for me?
