Clocks, Watches/value of Wadsworth pocket watch

Question
I have a Wadsworth pilot pocketwatch that looks antique but I can't find a date on it.  It has some writing & numbers on the inside on the mechanism & some engraving on the inside of the case but I can't tell if it is a date or not.
Is there a way to tell the approximate value of this?

Thanks for your assistance.

Answer
Pursuant to my resume', the article that led you to me, I consult on mechanical clocks only.  I will, however volunteer that Wadsworth #USA#was a case maker, not a maker of watches.  The swiss made fake American watches named Wadsworth.  Before you resubmit your question to a watch expert, copy down and send that party all the information stamped upon the watch movements back plate.  THAT provides the history of the watch.  Also describe, as best you can the condition of the watch and its case.  Regards WJP
