Question

Waltham Clock
The rotating part of this clock does not rotate.  What is the best way to fix this?

Answer
Check to see if there is a battery in the base of the clock (under the clock base).
If there is no battery down there then the part of the mechanism that drives the pendulum is inside the clock movement. It would have to be taken apart and diagnosed.
