Question
Hi Michael.
I have a Jauch G/F clock for repair. It's missing weights.
How much should weights weigh for Jauch77 w/m chime G/F clock
Thank you

Answer
Hi Yakov,
First, the weights are a unique type in that the weight shells are 1-7/8" in diameter and 10-1/4" long.  There are some available that are 1-3/4" x about 10" but there is not enough weight to drive the trains unless you fill them all with lead. You can't use shells with a larger diameter because they will rub against each other.
I suggest you call Black Forest at: 1-800-824-0900. They can tell you the specific weight required and if they are available. Their web address is:  https://www.blackforestimports.com/home.asp
