I would like to clean a Wuba mantel clocks inner parts. Best fluid to clean it with.

Unless you have training and are going to conpletely dismantle the mechanism - there is NO way you should consider doing any such thing. A Gallon of good clock cleaner and rinse will cost you $75 or more - sorry I can not reccomend any. Kinda like asking a doctor what kind of scalpel would he reccommend for removing one's own appendix.
