Can you tell me whom possib;y clock was made bt and date as it says w. germany on the dial face.

West Gemany exhisted from 1950 until 1990 so it has to be between those years.  It looks like the bird door is plastic and that would make it a later date rather than earlier. From the looks of the clock I would guess after the 1970. My estimate is 1980 to 1990.
