Question
i just hun gmy clockafter it had been stored lying flat for some time..wound it up   gong is ringing but the penduum is not swinging clock not runnig it is level side to side and front to back ..what might be wrong w it   yhankyou

Hi Jules, the problem is probably in the pendulum hanging assembly. There are several things that can go wrong there and I would need a photo of the movement including the area above the pendulum to see what's going on. If the pendulum is hung from the front of the movement you need to take the clock face off. If it's hung on the back you can snap a digital photo through the back of the clock.
