Marked 17 jewels around separate engine turned minute hand black circle seconds 5 second marker numbered 10 - 60. Swiss made on outside dial. Lifted off with two pins holding it on. Inside watch marked  with wide blackbery shaped card marking without stalk. A S inside.Marked Stainless steel on back with £M.2/307 & £M2.927 scratched inside. speed dial marked A R  with F S underneath.  Marked AS inside. Any help is very much appreciated. Martin.

Answer
Martin,

Do you know who made the movement and the serial number?

If not, here is what you must do to get another one.

You have to take out the spring and measure it.  You need
to know the length width and thickness.

Next, you need to know what the end looks like so you can
order the correct spring.  The end determines how the spring
attaches to the barrel.  If you get the wrong end, the spring
won't work.

Kind regards,
