Question
Hello,
I have a gold (coloured) star pocket watch 17 jewells.
It's serial number is 369669 underneath that is the number 13.
It also says English make and case guranteed to wear 10 years.
Could you tell anything about this please.

Tim,
17 jewel movements are good quality. If it is properly serviced, it will still keep time accurately enough to be used as an everyday watch.
Guaranteed 10 years means that the case is gold filled and guaranteed not to wear through to the base metal for 10 years.
