Question
We have a S. Haller 400 Day anniversary clock that has a broken part. It is the thin flat wire that hangs all the way down the back. Is this part available or is there somewhere to have this type of clock repaired?

Answer
When I fix them I charge $125- complete overhaul- no partial repairs.

The wire or the wire assembly is available from suppliers for $22- but the installation is only for an advance pro. Use the Yellow Pages and call clock repair shops.
