Clocks, Watches/cuckoo clock

Question
I bought a used cuckoo that was extremely dirty.  The works were cleaned and oiled professionally.  I put the works back into the case and everything works perfect....gong, dancers, music box.  It will runt he full 24 hours.  The only problem is is loses about 40 minutes every hour, even if I take the pendulum off and let it free run.  Since gears don't slip I'm assuming its the hand clutch.  Any suggestions on how to fix?

Answer
what are the markings on the back of the mechanism?

I would think BTW that if the hand clutch is slipping, the minute hand would be really loosey goosey when setting the time??

how much below rhe bottom of the case is the loop to hang the pendulum?

what is the design and configuration of the hands- how are they attached to the shaft-describe the nuts, etc.
