I have a twenty year old Trend Grandfather clock that is running 15 minutes fast.  How do I adjust?

Running 15 minutes fast within what period of time?  This is critical information.  If it is 15 minutes a week the prognosis would be far different than 15 minutes a day.  Please provide this information.  Also did the clock just start doing this or has it been a longtime in developing?  How does the clock sound, even or erratic ticking?  Regards WJP
