Question
I have an Eddie Bauer watch that was bought with a lifetime warranty. I have an envelope that the store gave me years ago for repair. Is there a proceedure for getting this watch looked at?
thanks

Answer
Will,

What I have been told from others who have brought their Eddie Bauer watches to me is that the company no longer serviced watches.

I do service then but am not part of the Eddie Bauer company and therefore do not honor their
guarantee.

If you like, you can send  me the watch to look at.  I will give you a diagnosis and tell you how much it will cost to fix.

You can go to my website, millswatchrepair.com, to fill out the shipping information form.  The
