Question
I just recently inherited a wall clock. On the back of the works are the markings: 69; FHS; Germany; 1051-051; 43cm; 104,53. I would like to learn as much info about this clock as I can. Can you help?

Answer
these people made your mechanism :http://www.hermleclock.com/history

in 1969

1051-050 is their 8 day triple chime spring driven movement

43 cm is the pendulum length from the top hanger to the rating nut on the pendulum disk

it ticks 104.53 times a minute when keeping perfect time

given the info --you now know what all I can tell you.
