Question
At the top of a weight is a small hook eye where the chain hooks to it, this piece broke where could i buy this part or i have to buy the whole weight shell?
Please need your advice on this one.
Thank for your help.
Luis.

Answer
You can purchase the top hook only. There are two types; open hook or and closed loop end. Usually the hook has a female thread that screws onto a rod. Others have a male thread that screws into the weight.
Here is a link to a webpage where you can see them. http://www.clock-parts.com/catalogmain2.asp?GroupID=280%26Level=4%26ProdID=12188
I think this company has a $15.00 minimum but let me know if you see what you are looking for there and I will find a way to get them for you without you having to pay that minimum charge.
