Clocks, Watches/Marking on grandfather clock

Question
I looked on the back of my grandfather clock face and I do not see any numbers or names. Am I looking at something wrong or is it just a cheap clock?  The front says "Tempus Fugit".  I got it from a neighbor back in 97. It was old then. I wanted to try and find out when it was made and numbers to order weights with.

Answer
movement maker marks on the back of the works or mechanism itself --not the back of the face-
you may need to take the back off or a side door and use a flashlight and mirror??

The latin phrase is just copying a historic custom for dials and means :"time flies" or "time is fleeting"
