Question
I have a Waltham pocket watch handed down to me which belonged to my great grandfather. The serial number on the watch movement is # 20159518. Can you give me an approx. age of the watch? The name Fahys is stamped on the inside back of the cover. Any info on that name in relation to the mfg of the watch?

Answer
Mike,

Using this url,

We can see that based on your serial number the watch
was made in 1915.

Fahys is a watch case manufacturer.  They made cases
used by many different watch cases.

Kind regards,

Melvin
