Clocks, Watches/Herman Miller Wall Clock

Question
My father gave me our old Herman Miller mosaic wall clock that is electrified. My question is, there is no evidence that it is a Herman Miller clock anywhere on it. How would i find out for sure if it is an official Herman Miller? The colors are blue, blue-green and black square tiles, black hands and it has a solid wooden frame. The whole clock is 13 1/2" square. The mechanism in the back is called "SYNCHRON" PATENTS 22.37958, 22.98373, 22.37,981.
THANKS SO MUCH,
DONNA
AnswerHi Donna, I'm not an expert on Herman Miller but I'll tell you the information I have. The clock, hands and movement are of Herman Miller style and it may well be one if his pieces. I have done work for a couple of collectors of these pieces so I know there are people out there who know way more than I do about them. I'm pretty sure one of my customers told me he was the president of the Herman Miller Society so there must be a lot of enthusiasts out there with a wealth of knowledge on these pieces.
I tried to find the Herman Miller Society online but had no luck. You might ask the question to another expert who is more into clock history, my specialty is repair and parts. Or, if you are in a large enough city look for a store specializing in 1960s modern furniture.
Here is a photo of what is supposed to be a Herman Miller clock that I found:
