Answer
I believe the minute hand has slipped out of synch to its driving gears.  To correct, when the clock has struck an hour, stop the pendulum at once.  Remove the minute hand from its shaft.  To do this you will have to remove either a hand retention nut or a retention pin and washer.  Turn the hand over in your hand and you will see that the hole that retains the hand to its position on the shaft is in the form of a bushing.  This bushing is friction fit to the hand and you can turn it by inserting the tang of a file into the hole, then turning.  Do this until the hand fits on its shaft pointing exactly at 12.  When this is done, refasten the hand to its shaft.  By these actions you will have synchronized the hand to the time gears.  Start the pendulum and set the clock to the correct time.  You are done, all other things being in order, the job is done.  Regards WJP
