Clocks, Watches/Chime battery replacement

Question
I recently acquired a Tochigi Tokei wall clock and the movement is fine, runs with C battery, but the seller did not tell me that the chimes were almost inaudible.  I assumed it had to do with a dead battery, so I unscrewed the compartment where the wire to the chime contacts a button cell battery, which reads:

TXF
4(symbol that looks like an upside down U) 0.1W

I have been to a couple of clock stores, & was directed to a battery store (yes, they specialize in batteries) and they had never seen one like mine & would need more information about the clock than what I have.

Do you think I can find a battery replacement & if so, where?  The clock is obviously several years older than I was told.

Thanks!

Answer
I have never seen a button cell in a clock movement. I suppose it's possible. I've seen them in the sound modules of greeting cards.
I think you should try a watch repair shop that does battery installations. They may have a battery of the same size to fit in your clock.
Also, I don't remember seeing a battery that did not have the voltage on it. They are usually 1.5 volt.
If you want me to help further please attach a photo of the battery.
