Clocks, Watches/about my clock

Question
I have a chiming clock with both a Linden brand and a Cuckoo Clock Mfg. Co, Inc. origin.  I think the model # is 341-020; other info found on the inside is "11cm/200.8"  The clock keeps time fairly well but the chimes are off.  For example, at 4:00p.m. it chimes only once.  Can I fix this or must I find a professional.  If a professional is required, do you have a recommendation?
Thank you

Answer
Your clock was actually produced By Hermle.  If you would like to know its year of production, take another look at the clock movements brass backplate.  Looking at the area that told you the clock was a model 341-020 you will find more information stamped, immediately above the 341-020 a company name or logo will be stamped, above that you will find a single letter or a two digit number stamped.  That stamping is what will tell us when the movement was constructed.  Immediately below the 341-020 is the other information you provided, i.e. 11cm, (this tells us the length of the pendulum - 11cm.  Below the 11cm the 200.8 tells us the beats per minute the clock must maintain to tell proper time.
Now if everything else is in order you should be able to synchronize the hands to the time.  Here is what you need do.  Immediately after the clock has struck an hour, lets us your example of the hour hand at 4 but the clock strikes 1, Grasp the hour hand with one hand and the minute hand with the other.  Turn the hour hand back to 1, DO NOT ALLOW THE MINUTE HAND TO MOVE.  Release your hold on the hands, the clock is now synchronized as to time and strike.  But it is not telling the correct time.  To correct this just do a normal time setting and you are done.  Regards WJP
